RESEARCHER FEEDBACK

Recent AIX Peptides Reviews

Firsthand perspectives on the details that matter: clear information, batch documentation and personal support.

D. PatelToronto, ONIndependent lab

Catalog clarity

“Most peptide shops bury specs three clicks deep or never list them. AIX puts sequence, CAS, molecular weight, vial options, and batch notes on the product page. I compared BPC-157 and TB-500 without opening a spreadsheet. Variants are labeled cleanly, prices sit on the option instead of after checkout, and the copy separates the molecule from the marketing story around it. That kind of catalog discipline is rare in this market.”
M. ChenVancouver, BCResearch group

Documentation

“I have stopped ordering from vendors who email a generic COA from last year. AIX publishes a manufacturer release certificate and a separate Janoshik HPLC/MS report for the same lot. The lot on my vial matched both PDFs. Their guides walk through identity versus purity without talking down to you. When I asked for a batch that was not yet on the hub, support sent the pair the same afternoon. That is how documentation is supposed to work.”
J. WalshOttawa, ONRepeat order

Order support & product quality

“I called the Ontario number on a Monday about a tracking delay and actually reached a person, not a ticket bot. They had the parcel located before I hung up. The vials arrived next day from Mississauga, argon-sealed, labels readable, packing slip with lot codes. Content checked out against the overfill note on the product page. Quality and support are usually inverse in this space. Here they showed up together, which is why I reordered.”
K. EllisToronto, ONRepeat order

Same lot on the vial, the slip, and the PDF

“Second order, different lot, same habit: I matched the vial label to the packing slip, then to both certificates before the box went in the fridge. Purity and identity lined up. The cake was dry, the stopper seated, argon seal intact. That is a boring review, which is the point. I am not looking for a story. I am looking for the third batch to look like the first two. So far it does.”
S. MoreauMontréal

Next-day from Ontario, not a week in a container

“I used to treat customs as part of the protocol. AIX ships from Mississauga the next business day, tracked, plain carton, no signature theatre. Free shipping cleared on a $200 order without a coupon hunt. The vials were labeled, the lot was on the slip, and nothing had cooked in a trailer. For Canadian work that is not a perk. It is why the order stays in-country now.”

RESEARCH LIBRARY

Read the evidence. Follow the record.

The AIX library separates compound evidence, laboratory documentation and practical guides so one claim does not stand in for another.

Begin with a compound dossier, use the guides to understand a method or document, then check any lot-specific record in the COA directory.

01 / 03

Ordering & delivery

What should I check before placing an order?

Confirm the exact product and format, current availability, documentation relevant to your requirements, delivery address and final checkout total.

Which payment methods are available?

Use the methods offered for your order at checkout and follow the instructions issued for that order. If any payment detail changes unexpectedly, contact AIX before paying.

Why does my order say payment pending?

The store may not yet have matched a payment to the order. If your payment appears complete, contact AIX with the order number, amount, date and a non-sensitive transaction reference before paying again.

When will my order be dispatched?

Dispatch follows confirmed payment, stock availability and any required checks. The current processing schedule and exceptions are on the Shipping & Delivery page.

How much is shipping?

Check the shipping line for your actual cart and destination at checkout. The published Shipping & Delivery page explains current rates and the qualifying subtotal.

Does “label created” mean the parcel is with the carrier?

No. A label can be created before carrier handover. Look for an acceptance or collection event in tracking.

How can I correct a delivery address?

Contact AIX promptly with the order reference and the correction. Available options depend on whether the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Can I cancel an order?

Contact AIX promptly with the order reference. Cancellation depends on the order stage and applicable terms; a request is not confirmation of cancellation.

What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Keep the relevant packaging, then send the order number, product details and safe-to-obtain photos to AIX. Ask for the next step before returning anything.

Where can I get help with an order?

Use the Contact page and include the order number and a concise description. Never send passwords, security codes or full payment credentials.

02 / 03

Research & documentation

Where can I find a COA?

Start with the COA library and the relevant product page. Match the lot identifier on the physical label to the document; ask AIX if the applicable record is missing.

Which identifier should I provide for a document enquiry?

Provide the product name, format and lot identifier exactly as printed on the label. The order number and laboratory sample number serve different purposes.

What does a COA establish?

It describes the identified sample, methods, results, units and specifications actually reported. Read its scope and limitations before drawing conclusions.

Is a purity result the same as identity or content?

No. Identity, chromatographic purity and measured content are separate analytical questions. One reported result does not establish unlisted tests.

Is a COA the same as an SDS?

No. A COA, safety data sheet and origin document answer different questions. Request the document relevant to your requirement.

What if a report does not match the vial label?

Do not substitute a similar name or newer lot. Send AIX the exact label details and report identifier so the discrepancy can be checked.

Are the Research Library articles product certificates?

No. Research articles discuss evidence and mechanisms. Lot-specific analytical documents belong in the COA library.

How do I compare research evidence?

Check the exact compound or blend, study model, outcome, limits and original sources. The Research Library separates human, animal and cellular evidence.

Does a third-party report cover every attribute?

Only the tests shown for the identified sample. Read the issuing laboratory, method, result and scope rather than treating “third-party” as a blanket guarantee.

Can AIX help locate a missing document?

Yes. Contact AIX with the product name and lot identifier. Document availability varies by product and lot.

03 / 03

Products & eligibility

Who are AIX products for?

AIX materials are supplied solely for lawful laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use.

Can AIX advise on dosing or administration?

No. AIX does not provide treatment, dosing or administration guidance. The products are not intended for human or veterinary use.

How do I choose the correct format?

Read the exact product name, amount and available options on its listing, then confirm the selected item in the cart. Ask AIX if a specification is unclear.

Are a compound and a blend interchangeable?

No. A blend has its own listed composition and identity. Review its product page rather than assuming it is equivalent to an individual compound.

Does a familiar product name establish the same material?

No. Check the complete name, form, amount and lot-specific documentation for the actual listing.

How can I tell whether an item is in stock?

The live product listing and checkout show current availability. A stock enquiry or “coming soon” note does not reserve material.

Where are product specifications listed?

Begin on the individual product page for the offered amount, form and supporting information. Contact AIX if a required specification is absent.

Can my organization ask about purchasing requirements?

Yes. Contact AIX before ordering with product names, quantities, billing needs and required documents. Any quotation or special terms need confirmation.

What if I need a product not shown in the catalog?

Send AIX the exact name or identifier and your documentation needs. An enquiry does not reserve stock or guarantee future availability.

Can I submit feedback on a product?

Use the review area on the individual product page when eligible, or contact AIX directly about an order or product-record issue.
